“I was very impressed with the ease of scheduling my appointment. I was able to be scheduled within 30 minutes of calling, which was wonderful. The clinic was extremely clean, and the practice ensures that patients remain safe and healthy throughout their visit. At check in, Jerico was efficient, compassionate and personable. Once I completed the paperwork, as this was my first visit, I was immediately called into the exam area. Mrs. Grantham was very thorough. She was knowledgeable, caring and never rushed. She explained things clearly and fully and discussed possible future implications of my current conditions. From my initial phone call to the time I left the clinic, my experience was positive in every aspect. I am so thankful to have this practice in our area! I will definitely return, and I highly recommend Caring Heart Medical Center to anyone in need of quality care.”

“Our first visit was urgent care w my daughter , everyone was wonderful, especially Dr Jen. We liked it so much that we decided to make her our new PCP. She listens and wants the best for her patients. Her staff is very caring and patient friendly. It’s hard to find a good Dr these days especially one who listens and cares about your health. “Wasn’t feeling good this morning decided to try a new urgent care closer to home. Caring heart was the best experience I’ve ever had at any urgent care.
