She provides holistic patient-centered health care for ages one year and up, emphasizing acute and chronic health management, disease prevention, and health promotion. Jeanny is well-experienced in providing both acute and chronic care in a wide range of settings, including hospitals, urgent care, family medicine, and home health since 2014. She is dedicated to helping people, providing high quality care, and caring is a virtue of her’s to which many people can attest. Over the years, she has received multiple awards for her care, including the Sue G. Thacker Learning to Care Award, and the Rita M. Blevins Clinical Excellence Award.
